WARD, Mary El;liott - Putnam

Services for Mary Gladys Ward, 77, Indianapolis, will be held at 2 pm. Tuesday in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Ripple Mortuary, where friends may call from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. She died Saturday in Methodist Hospital. She was a hairdresser for more than 50 years. The Putnam County native lived here 60 years. She was a member of Fillmore United Methodist Church, Syrmna Shrine Guild and American Business Women’s Association. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Jean Clark and Shirley Ann Ward. – kbz
